wrightwood, ca

it was sooooo cold, but we went anyway to wrightwood (the little village at mtn. high) to kick of the Christmas season 07. here are the boys in front of the cutest ornament shop.

this is my wesley man, 8 1/2 months old. i held him until he fell asleep tonight, i did not want to put him in his crib. i could hold him all nite!!!!!

This passage is just what i needed today and felt like sharing it. God always provides me the right stuff from His Word when I read the Bible. The Bible is truly the "Living" Word of God.

Psalms 30

I will extol You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up,
And have not let my foes rejoice over me.
O LORD my God, I cried out to You,
And You healed me.
O LORD, You brought my soul up from the grave;
You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of His,
And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.
For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for life;
Weeping may endure for a night,
But joy comes in the morning.

Now in my prosperity I said,
“I shall never be moved.”
LORD, by Your favor You have made my mountain stand strong;
You hid Your face, and I was troubled.

And to the LORD I made supplication:
“What profit is there in my blood,
When I go down to the pit?
Will the dust praise You?

**I love verse 12a, "to the end that my glory may sing praise to You and NOT be silent." (desire this to be my goal in life/motto).

jini's art show

my friend jini had an art show in pasadena. i was supposed to go but there was a "little" explosion in our freeway tunnel that hindered us. but my parents made it. i am jini's biggest fan. she drew her version of my dad based off this pic below.

the bounce company called me to tell me their truck broke down and asked if i can have the bouncer at our house for an extra 4 days. i said, "um i have 3 boys, YA!", and of course we all enjoyed it every morning, noon and nite!!!!!

oliver sees me using the bjorn all the time, so he had me put my bjorn on him with his fave lion stuffed animal. he was just walking around carrying lion around. so cute!
